Syracuse candidate for Mayor, Joe Nicoletti says modernization is important to the restructure of city government. At a news conference this morning at Syracuse University, Nicoletti said it was time to move on from a structure of government that has been around for nearly 50 years. "Government modernization, sustainability and consolidation is the wave of the future," says Nicoletti. "It calls for innovative ideas to create jobs within the metropolitan area."
According to the Post Standard, 4 democrats including Joe Nicoletti and 2 republicans are competing for the primary in September.
