Mayor Candidate, Joe Nicoletti held a news conference at Syracuse University today. He spoke about his restructuring plans for the greater Syracuse area.
He wants to focus on modernization by creating jobs, quality education and better neighborhoods in Syracuse. He says beating around the bush and speaking to make people happy are methods of the past. He wants to be straightforward with the public. "What is in now, is straight talk"
Four years from now, Nicoletti sees the future city of Syracuse introducing new government structures, green technology initiatives, and employment opportunities for it's own citizens. He stresses Syracuse becoming self sustaining by working with surrounding governments.
